PolaroidKu is a digital software service providing interactive photo guestbooks for weddings and events. We do not sell or ship physical products.
Digital Delivery Only: All services, event upgrades, QR codes, and photo galleries are fulfilled entirely online via your web browser. There are no shipping charges, delivery couriers, or physical packages.
1. Digital Fulfillment & Instant Activation
When you purchase a Premium (RM39) or Pro (RM89) upgrade:
- Immediate Processing: As soon as CHIP confirms payment, the plan is automatically applied to your event in your dashboard.
- Feature Access: Your event immediately unlocks higher photo quotas, extended storage duration, audio notes, and custom branding features.
- Payment Receipt: A digital transaction record and receipt are generated in your dashboard billing history.
2. Self-Service Digital Downloads
Event hosts can download all digital materials directly through their browser:
- Printable QR Table Cards: High-resolution digital files (PNG and vector) of your event QR code can be downloaded for free to print locally or display at event tables.
- Bulk ZIP Archive: Paid tiers include one-click ZIP generation containing all original high-resolution guest photos, customized Polaroid frames, and audio wishes.
PolaroidKu does not mail printed QR cards, photographic paper, or albums. Printing and physical presentation are at the discretion and responsibility of the host.
3. Troubleshooting Activation Delays
In rare instances of banking network delay during FPX maintenance windows, payment confirmation may take a few minutes.
If your event features have not unlocked within 10 minutes of payment, please contact support@polaroidku.com with your transaction reference. Do not attempt a duplicate payment while our team reviews the status.
